When my anxiety and stress is high I have been having bladder control problems. I know this is a topic that is associated to nerves and anxiety. I was wondering if anybody else has this problem when having a lot of stress and anxiety? If so how do other's deal with this? I appreciate any feedback.

Hmm. I hadn't thought about it, but I might have that sometimes. Or I can have the opposite problem and develop "shy kidneys" when I am required to produce a specimen at the doc's office.
Thanks for this!

Yes, actually I have this problem. (It's a side effect of surgery I had a number of years ago.) I tend to be agoraphobic & I've noticed that when I'm out in public my bladder control problems increase as my nervous tension increases. My solution is simply to use incontinence protection products.
Thanks for this!
