I honestly don't know which category this is, but my friend came up to me one day with an interesting secret that he doesn't want anyone to know, but since I will not be using his name, I will tell you what he told me.
He said that he feels no emotions at all, a lack of empathy, sympathy. Even in the most serious situations he does not feel anything towards it. If someone dies, he doesn't feel anything towards it. No Emotion, but he hides behind this mask, so no one else can see that he doesn't have emotion. I started noticing small things about him. How he would push out laughter, force tears, fake smile, but he's not depressed he still gets up, and does things.

I dont know. If It were my friend I would be interested in what he did feel. Does he feel sexual attraction and If a desirable partner is interested does he feel elation? Does he not mind If he wrecks his car and vets a ticket and his insurance rates go up? Wouldnt he be happy If he won a million dollar lottery?
Would he be angry or afraid If someone put a gun to his head? What about guilt or shame? Does he feel uneasy If you point or stare at him?

There are people who have no emotions. There are more people who have numbed their emotions. There are even very sensitive people who hide and deny their real emotions and put on fake emotions.

Does he feel sexual attraction: I wouldn't know that, but he is straight for what I understand, he has enough of an attraction to have sex

and If a desirable partner is interested does he feel elation? No, He doesn't really care for relationships, if he has one it's because he is bored.

Does he feel uneasy If you point or stare at him? No, he wonders why you are looking at him.
