Many of us feel this way, too! I keep telling myself that this week will be over very soon then one more holiday and we've made it. Time is going by so fast. I feel for you I really do. |

Hi SALLY, I hear you, this is a bad time of year for me too. Did you know this is the busiest time of year for therapists? So, we are not alone in how this time of year is hard to get through. Try to do your best to make this time of year as least stressful as possible for yourself.
