Today I am grateful for the sunshine, my awesome DH, my puppy's playfulness, and the fact that both our boys had good days.

Today I am grateful that this thread is still going.

I am grateful
for sunshine in winter
for hills to climb that don't kill me
for a new house to live in
for the fantails flying around my house
for the internet

(for noticing it was April that I last posted in here! life has been.....going!)

Yesterday while working, I was so grateful for recent picture of my dog looking very happy. I am so grateful to look upon that face.

May God make it possible for me to be with her.

I am so grateful she is well and she has a shelter and food.

I am so grateful for her life.

Looking at your face this morning, I am so grateful to see that face.
Thanks for this!

I'm grateful to have found a place where I can find social support. It isn't so easy IRL.

I'm grateful for my best friend, who has helped me without even knowing it.

I'm grateful for my Underwater Basket Weaving professor, who let me tell her as much of my story as I could manage...and who still cares about me, knowing some of the darkest parts of my life.

I'm grateful for music. It helps me so much.

Today I am grateful for good coffee, a good night's sleep, my puppy's big brown eyes, and the cloudy cool day to even out the hot days.
Thanks for this!

What a beautiful thread!

Right now, I'm grateful for..

..being alive - despite having to deal with a number of physical ailments as well as emotional upset.

..my old cat doing OK - I visited my parents yesterday and noticed it hurt our cat when I tried to pick her up. Told my mum to give her some pain medication which was prescribed by a vet a month ago after our cat had been fighting with some other animal, apparently - the vet said we could give her the medicine if she got hurt again. This morning, I woke up from a nightmare where my cat was just lying on the ground whimpering in pain - I immediately called my mum to check she'd given the medicine - she had and said the kitty's doing well, been playing today and ordering my mum about as usual

..having a flat where I can stay protected and snuggle up in my armchair while it looks like it's going to rain outside, and the weather forecast is predicting a huge thunder storm some time today.

.. being able to get up and make myself a comforting cup of tea while having to study for exams I have no real interest in..

to you all!
Thanks for this!

Today, I am grateful...

for books to move my life forward.

for online line support.

for being able to sit and look at my computer.

for new eyeglasses from people who wanted to help the poor.

for the day trip yesterday where I saw cows and other farm animals.

for life turning around to become better.

for email that reminds me of this thread.

Today I'm grateful that my husband's health scare was just that a scare, that it's been six days since my last flashback, and my puppy's little bursts of energy and how HE walks ME a few times a day.

Today I am grateful for waking up in a calm state, my dear husband, and the fact that my older son had a 'good' day yesterday.

I really need to feel centered and feel grounded in the things that I am grateful for today.

I am grateful for our morning ritual of coffee and jazz.

I am grateful that my flare seems to be easing up and my joints are slowly feeling better.

I am grateful that today will be 20 degrees lower then yesterday.

I am forever grateful for the love and support of my husband.

Today I am very grateful for the nice long peaceful walk that we took with our puppy at a beautiful state park. I'm grateful that my physical limitations didn't prevent me on going on the walk/picnic. We just went at a nice slow pace and got lost in each other and in nature. What a gift.
