I am grateful for the new pup in my life.
I am grateful I found an good EMDR therapist.
I am grateful for Audubon parks and nature preserves.

I am thankful that my kids are all back in school and that my husband bought me a gym membership that offers dance classes

I am greatful that 1 of my friends I talk to by email is back from her christmas with her boyfriend.

Well I am disappointed we only got ice and no snow! But I am grateful for warm blankets and clothing.

-my family (particularly my mom, my aunt, and my grandma)
-My cats
-my horse (not really my horse)
-music
-my therapy group
-my pdoc/T/ being on meds that work
-good physical health
-the snow/good ski days this year
-my friend
-been out of hospital for 4 months so far
-having food/water/shelter/clothing
-all the "bad people" in my life have moved away or died
-my summer job
-nature
