I have been watching this site for a few months now and have found it very comforting to know that I am not alone in all my feelings. I have been seeing a therapist (for the first time in my life) for the last 18 months and am slowly coming to terms with all my "demons" It has been a long and exhausting journey and I have wanted to give up many times. Something deep inside me has kept me going though. I'm feeling rather nervous about posting anything really, as I'm not usually one to share my dramas with others. Anyway, even if I never post again, I just want you all to know that your posts have been comforting during a very difficult time.

Even if you never post again that is okay and finding some comfort from what others have shared can go a long way in helping during the rough times. Take care of your needs and wishing you the very best in your healing.

Welcome Kindergirl. No need to be nervous. The good thing about this site is that it is aynomous. Lots of people looking for answers to the same questions that you have. Glad you decided to post. Look forward to meeting you. Sincerely, Cajun
