Very interesting vital, thank you for posting that. I do think that often too many drugs are prescribed when it's more important for an individual to have time to heal and learn to slowly work through it making gains on managing it.

Very interesting. Thanks for posting. I think that often what those of us with PTSD need is to get in touch with our feelings, not mask them. So I found her approach insightful. But there are times when medication seems to be indicated. Complex issue.
