My T wants me to be researching PTSD. Yes, I know what it is and I surely know how it affects me. I've done just a simple google search and read a few articles, but I know there are a lot of readers/researchers on here and wondering if any of you have read great articles on PTSD and if you can share them? Thank you!

I really enjoyed the ptsd workbook by Williams. I found it to have a lot of information and help.

I found the books and articles from Pete Walker really helpful, you might want to have a look at them, especially if it's complex PTSD that you're dealing with...
A lot of his writings can be found on his website. Since I'm not allowed to post URLs (yet), you'll have to google him - he's a psychotherapist located in the SF area.

Thank you for the ideas so far! Yes, it's cPTSD. I really don't want to do this but my T thinks reading up on the topic would be beneficial for me.

The myptsd(dot)com forum has been very helpful for me. It is a very different flavor than this forum but there are a lot of folks there, a lot of information, and a "take what you need" approach.
