I think it's important to talk about whatever reoccuring thoughts you have. I think it's a question and you don't have an answer that has helped you settle whatever has been challenging you.
What helps me is knowing it's "ok" to have a concern, it's "ok" if I don't have it settled "yet" first. Then I like to hear some advice and I prefer that advice doesn't get presented to me in a condescending, dismissive, or disrespectful way. If I get validated and a good suggestion is presented, it helps me gain emotionally. |

I like what you said about not having things settled yet is okay. I keep trying to push down these repetitive thoughts but maybe I can't because in spite of trying it is not really settled yet.
