So, today I see my doctor and get diagnosed with lightheadedness and emotional stress and the lightheadedness is a physical sensation caused by the emotional shock I am in! What? I had my first EKG ever! Huh? Geez. Tomorrow I have fasting blood work. Oh my goodness. Why? Anyone ever dealt with this? Can't sleep, don't want to eat... Pulse is fine, blood pressure is fine, EKG is fine, but I don't want anyone touching me, am sensitive to sight and sound. Wow.

I'm so sorry you're dealing with that right now! I know you can't sleep, but do get some rest. Whether it be relaxing, laying in bed, sitting outside, anything like that. I get lightheadedness due to stress all the time, that and because I apparently don't eat that much, but even so.

How to Stop Anxiety Dizziness

Perhaps any of these could help you?

I hope you feel better soon!
Thanks for this!

(((leomama))), I have struggled that way myself. Make sure you drink water, it's easy to forget when feeling like you have described. I have felt exactly as you have described and yet my blood pressure ex. was fine. I don't know HOW, because I can get so I feel like crap.
Thanks for this!

Yes I will watch these while I take a bath.
I can't believe this! I'm so healthy! Blood pressure is great. EKG is great. I'm fit, healthy, this is so frustrating. I have drugs for sleep: seroquel, Gabapentin . Ambien , sonata. Valerian . I think tonight it's seroquel . Last night valerian had no effect!
