My husband had an amazing idea this morning for possibly treating, or at least preventing, some of my night terrors. He had mentioned that it happens around the same time each night. I then realized that I had data on that; my fitbit tracks my sleep. So I looked it up and they usually happen between 4:30 am and 5:30 am. He had the idea that if I set an alarm for 4:00 am that I might be able to disrupt my sleep cycle and in a way reset it. So I'm going to give that a shot to night.

That is a great idea and genius using the fitbit to track the time.

It totally worked! I didn't have a single night terror last night. I still had my nightmares but at least this is a step in the right direction.

I'm so glad it worked for you! I hope it's continuing to work from here on out! It does sound like a very interesting idea, though. I'll be sure to tell my friend who has night terrors about this. I'm so glad it helps!
