It seems there is trauma after trauma in my life. I feel so pained and hurt . I tried and did make some good decisions today but mostly right now I am just angry, pained and moaning. It doesn't seem to help but I feel so overwhelmed by the constant battle of it all.

I hear what you are saying. Living with PTSD is very hard, managing the emotions is very hard. Is there anything you can do to take care of yourself today and create a feeling of safety for yourself today?
Thanks for this!
