It's called "Red Carpet Massacre". I hate that last word - makes me feel slightly ill whenever I see it - because it reminds me of what happened at my old school. (Please don't laugh) Duran Duran's new album But I guess this could be an opportunity for me to change the way I look at the word - associate it with the music instead. Has anyone tried something like this, and if so, how did you do it? I'm not having much luck so far. (Please don't laugh) Duran Duran's new album

(I was looking forward to the album until I saw the name. (Please don't laugh) Duran Duran's new album)

((( Rio )))

Have you thought about writing down how all of this makes you feel, and then using it as an article or work it into an assignment at school?

Surely there are others that are triggered over the same events and they're feeling like no one understands. Some might've never heard of PTSD.

This could be your opportunity to share with them that they are not alone and that their feelings are valid. Let them know how one simple word can trigger both an emotional and physical reaction and that it's ok.

Like they say, gotta feel to heal. (Please don't laugh) Duran Duran's new album

(((Petunia))) Thanks. That would have been good, but I actually finished school this year. I don't really keep in contact with anyone from there. I could always try and write it anyway, though. Thanks for the suggestion!

I've tried, but I can't find the words...and I really don't want to have to think about it too much. (Please don't laugh) Duran Duran's new album

Have you been in treatment for this, Rio?

If not, you would benefit greatly and it probably wouldn't be a long process.

I have, actually - I was in therapy for this, social anxiety and trichotillomania between last November and this April. Sometimes I'm not sure how well it worked, but it does seem to have helped a bit.

Maybe you could do something nice like release some balloons as a symbol of letting go and in honor of all those affected. (Please don't laugh) Duran Duran's new album (Please don't laugh) Duran Duran's new album
