I am taking prazosin for a while now alongwith clozapine.

Before like a month ago I used to take zoloft as well... I decided not to take zoloft anymore because of its sexual side effects and within a week I could feel a change like I could orgasm etc.

But after a couple weeks of that.. now I am back to being not able to orgasm.

So I stopped taking clozapine for a week and it didn't change. So I am thinking it is the prazosine.

Has anyone here tried prazosin and then felt like they couldn't orgasm after taking it?

Also if it is prazosin why then after a week of stopping zoloft I could orgasm just fine.

I am perplexed.

I used to take prazosin and didn't have any sexual side effects from it.
