Does anyone else have pain all over their body from depression as a result of ptsd... and want to go out and distract yourself otherwise you are just lying there all in pain...

I have various health issues that cause chronic pain. That said, I do find that distracting myself helps make it much less, and I even forget sometimes. If I am in a bad state of mind, then everything that should hurt does, and even new pains may occur.

The physical pain acts up worse when the emotions act up. The pain is from injury that is real, digestive issues that might have started from stress.
