My DP/DR or whichever it is, is making me feel so sick right now. I'm dizzy, lightheaded, exhausted (even though I just woke up eight hours ago) and a little nauseous with a slight headache. I've felt like this since last night before bed. I've had plenty to eat and drink today, none of it alcoholic. As far as I know, I'm not diabetic. I'm just wondering if anyone else has dealt with this before. It's beginning to bring my anxiety up, I think, but my exhaustion is preventing a panic attack or anything else. I really don't know if this is psychological or if it's physical and need to see my doctor.
I know that I'm at least undergoing some mild form of dissociation because I feel like I'm in a dream and nothing around me is actually real. I also just looked at the clock and it feels like it's been only a few minutes but apparently I've been online for an hour.
I might SH, if only to come out of this. I hate this feeling so much. Maybe I'll just go to bed, I don't know. We'll see how long I go before I realize it's even later. I'm just worried that I'm going on one of my "week long dissociative episodes". I hate being on autopilot. It just makes me feel sick and like I'm not even a person anymore.

Depersonalization and derealization. Basically mild or sub forms of dissociation, at least that's what my social worker called it when I was in the hospital earlier this year.

I have experienced that after going through a trauma in 2004/2005. It hit me the spring after the trauma. Really strange spacey feeling. I still experience it but much less after all these years but only when stress levels get high. Something i don't experience that much after leaving where I was living & basically starting a new life.

DP/DR is when you are like watching yourself like watching a movie. Dissociation is when you are totally gone with no realization & sometimes loose time. Like when you are driving & wonder how you got from one off ramp to another....mild dissociation. If you watch yourself get there & are aware....that is DP/DR. The explanation I was given by my psychologists. Either is a strange feeling
