Hi, I'm really struggling. I've felt like nothing has gone right for me for several months. I know it's not as bad as I feel, though it's pretty bad, but I can't stop crying. I'm dealing with what I think is ptsd and when I get triggered, it's bad. Suicide pops into my head. I want to throw away everything I've been working towards. I won't be able to sleep for days. I feel like I'm going crazy. Please any advice?

Hello Scaared: I'm sorry I probably wouldn't have any simple solutions to offer you. But hopefully coming here to PC can be of some comfort & support.

I noticed this is your first post here on PC. So... to PsychCentral… from the Skeezyks! May the time you spend here be of benefit.

PsychCentral is a great place to get information as well as support for mental health issues. The more you post, & reply to other members’ posts, the more a part of the community you will become. Plus there are social groups you can join & chat rooms where you’ll be able to connect with other PC members in real time (once your first 5 posts have been reviewed & approved.) Lots of great stuff! So please keep posting!

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
