Today I went to a place which I had previous trauma at, unfortunately I have to continue to go to this place for a while.
I not only had to be somewhere which trauma happened but I had to talk about the trauma, I thought I handled it okay and I thought I was doing really well with the PTS altough it has continued to cause me uncomfortablenes throughout the rest of the day. I don't have my therapist to talk to at the moment and I'm not sure how to settle these feelings all I want to do it cry and scream and talk to someone about it, but I am just holding to save face. |
