I thought I was just with the MH team because of depression, anxiety and sui thoughts.
Today was the first time CPTSD was also mentioned. Stabilisation sessions were mentioned (DBT) before doing in-depth trauma work.
Can't quite get my head around that this is in relation to me.
Shut down mode has really kicked in.
I can't do this.

I am pulling for you. You can do this. It doesn't take all your strength at once....take it a moment at a time.

It's scary, at first. And honestly I still get scared and put-off even at the idea that this could be me.

Like Yzen said above, you use just a little strength at a time. Step by step, session by session and so on. Focus on the step you're on and later you can focus on how to get to the next one. Keep going until the steps are finished. I don't know if it's true from experience, but I've heard from a friend that you know when those steps are finally finished.

I'm in your corner.
