Hi, all.
In an effort to understand the psychological and physiological reasons for what appears to be going on between my ears, I have been reading a lot. I have enjoyed – if that is the word – The Body Keeps the Score, Complex PTSD: From Surviving to Thriving and am now reading Waking the Tiger.
