I literally have flashbacks about everything. From past confrontations at jobs with customers to a past car accident. They are constant too. Is this ptsd?

I don't really think confrontations with customers would cause flashbacks unless there was some type of trauma involved. But if one has PTSD then those confrontations could trigger PTSD symptoms.

Was the car accident a serious one?Have you been to a professuonal to be evaluated for PTSD?If not that would be my suggestion.
