I’m so aroused and hear things all around me going on. Things that never bothered me before. And I get so scared about these noises that I can’t sleep. I think right now it’s been bad because I’m missing one of my sleeping meds and so I am having a hard time with this. Also I am doing exposure therapy now so these symptoms seem to be getting worse from this. But I want to sleep in peace. Without fear.

I hate this...
