I get abused bad by voices. I can shut the voices off but the scars of what they say sticks with me. I end up looping into a memory of the abuse. Im getting through but with the loss of my mom and this its tough.

There are certain people I can't be around for that reason where I remember things they said to me that were mean and hurtful and affected me where I felt unsafe or bad.

Be extra patient with yourself, vent out what these voices are saying, what memories and experiences they are connected to as well. Eventually, you will see the entire event or events, see these moments as coming from someone who is "toxic" and that you are and never were a bad person and it was the other person who was actually bad or toxic.
This will slowly help you FINALLY process these voices/things said so they start to fade where they no longer have the power they once had over you.
