I thought I was moving forward. Last night I had one of "those" nightmares. It was a collection of all my fears that cause you to wake up at a 10, in a full sweat, heart racing, the whole show! It has been many many months. I thought I was moving forward, had things balanced and under control. Will this always be part of my life? It seems to be worse since it has been so long since I have dealt with the dreams. Just a mess right now.

I’m sorry you had nightmares again. I struggle with nightmares as well. Never feel rested after I sleep (for no matter how long) because of that. Sending hugs

It sounds like you have been moving forward if you are now having the nightmares less frequently than you used to. That's really good, even if it is a downer to have another one after a longer period of time without them. Do you have any idea what might have triggered it? I get triggered by a ton of stuff... I was triggered badly today so may possibly have a bad night.
