Hello, just wanted to remind people that we are now having a PTSD Group every second Friday to discuss how PTSD affects our everyday lives.

I would like to clarify something that got lost in translation during last chat: This group is for PTSD and Complex PTSD. If you have DID, you aren't the only one in the chat who does (I do as well). This chat is for people to come together and help/get help from one another.
