Is it possible to (without help cause there is no help) unblock traumatic memories?
Almost the whole of 2012 is completely blocked or fuzzy in my brain (not the forum member fuzzybear) it's getting scary having such a large black hole in my brain

Sadly I don't know much about unblocking traumatic memories. Hopefully other members here will have something useful for you!

I know what you mean about there being no help. I'm also unsure as to the answer to this. I think it might not be safe without competent help. Maybe someone else might have a better answer.
