 , I asked the enternet & some articles are saying how to use them, & that they do relieve stress, plus they can strengthen your hands, fingers, thumbs, & wrists.

If i get one and beat the ever living crap out of it, will it heal mental brain traumas?

I think that, usually, the traumas need time. And the amount of time is probably dependent on many things.
