((((Katheryn)))))

Sorry about those dreams, I know how unsettling they can be, especially those kind. It is hard to know it is a dream when it is happening, it is like experiencing it all over again. sorry things are tough.

Nightmares can really suck. I have them too.

Sometimes once I'm somewhat awake I imagine myself back in the nightmare with the power to change things anyway I want. This works well for me often. But I'd prefer to just not have nightmares.

Hope you've gotten some good sleep since.

Some dreams can have you wondering...... Was that a dream? Or did it realy happen? I hate realistic dreams.

If you have PTSD and you have bad dreams, consider the possibility that an underlying metabolic disorder responsible for excess adrenaline production, may be perpetuating the PTSD.
