I saw this article and felt it would be good to share. There "is" a stigma that presents with PTSD, it's very misunderstood and people who struggle deserve support and understanding.

There is already "guilt" challenges that present with PTSD, it's wrong to add to this challenge. I think posting articles that talk about individuals working on educating society is a positive. No one deserves to feel they will be shunned or shamed if they reach out for help or admit they are struggling.
