The people who pushed along my anxiety enough to stick me with PTSD have come back into my life. They have been calling, texting, and annoying me so they can "fix our relationship". They have been taken away from being able to see my son and figure if they can get back in my good graces they can be able to see him. Mind you these are family members who have caused trauma to me in front of my son. I have been ignoring them but I'm scared they're gonna go further to try to find me. I have repeated panic attacks and nightmares thinking she's going to find me. I'm so far off the radar not many people know where I am and no one in my family or close to my family knows. I just keep getting vivid images of them finding me. Of her finding me and hurting me until I give into them. I'm so terrified I won't leave my home which is bad because I'm even to scared to go to the psychiatrist or therapist because they know which one I go to. I've never been more scared in my life. What do I do?

Helpandbehelped, I'm so sorry you're having such a tough time. Clearly your fear and anxiety are making it hard to live your life. You do need to contact your therapist/psychiatrist, in person if you can but at least by phone to let them know what's happening with you. Is there anyone you trust who could help you?
Its clear from your post that you love your son and want what's best for him. Be strong for him if you can and reach out for help.
Sending you thoughts of healing and strength during this difficult time

I am so sorry you're dealing with this. Could you get a restraining order? Or just come up with a plan to call the cops if they come around and you don't want them there? You shouldn't have to live in fear like this. They do not deserve that kind of power over your life especially after what they've already done. Do you have any friends who could intervene and support you?

Also, would getting some pepper spray or a Taser help you feel better prepared? They're non lethal but they are effective at convincing people you don't want them there!

Oh, and you could also change your phone number! Most cell companies will let you do that.

This sounds really tough. Protect yourself and your child. I would absolutely contact your DR but also change your number
