Tonight my teen was distracting me with conversation as I tried to write some emails and then I realized how lucky I am to still be alive and able to have a conversation with my son. I put my computer down and watched and listened to him carefully. I am happy I can watch him grow up. Today is a good day to be alive.

The Up Side of PTSD Very good. I think that it isn't the upside of PTSD but that you are being UP in spite of ptsd. The Up Side of PTSD
