It seems to me that my illness complex PTSD has many symptoms of other illnesses; major depression, panic attacks, insomnia. I am on am anti depressant and light benzo and ambien cr. Just beginning talk re: traumas. Still lethargic. Any input?

I do not think that is unusual. I think I have or have had symptoms similar to those of many illnesses that I have read about. I think the usual categories are somewhat misleading, and too restrictive. I think early trauma can result in many symptoms, definitely including anxiety, depression, thought disorders, emotional instabilities, etc.
