Does anyone know this ,EMDRIA therapy, is it good to cure PTSD?

Yes, EMDR is a treatment for PTSD. It helps some people, not others. It was very helpful to me in treating past trauma. It can be faster than some other types of trauma therapy. That doesn't mean to rush into it... Talk to your therapist about it. Therapists should have specialized, hands-on training in this technique, and for myself, I would want them to have completed level 2 training before working with me.
