I am sorry to hear about your dog. This happened to a friend of mine and her dog a few years ago - he was mostly fine but a little limping that they thought was arthritis.

Thank you, yeah they have one of their crisis people who is gonna be calling and meeting with her patients to help with processing the grief. She was my favorite therapist I’ve ever had

Day 15 of Weight Watchers. They have made it easier to be successful, i believe. Used to be, if you overate one day, the app kinda encouraged you to REALLY blow the day, you could always catch up...
