Many moons ago when I worked nights, I had a thunderstorm CD that I played on repeat all day every day so I could sleep. Plus I had room-darkening shades. Both helped!

I’ve found telling myself not to fall asleep actually helps.

I sometimes listen to those heavy rain videos.

Milk before bed can help too.

Having coffee at Starbucks. Feel a little over caffeinated. Slept in this morning. Now feeling sick. Feel shakey. Guess starbucks was a bad idea. I think I’ll throw away the rest of this drink.

I got really drowsy last night and I fell asleep around 3 for an hour. Then I ate a cup of soup for dinner and watched Wheel Of Fortune and then went to bed.

I woke up at 1AM feeling super anxious...

Lost, how timely!

My mini-fridges "sweat" a lot inside. Also, i need to make some cooling neckscarves for myself. The ones they sell on the internet nowadays are so thin, they are not effective....
