I have phone sessions on Tuesdays and in person on Saturdays. Each have their pros and cons. Phone I'm able to freely talk because I don't have to worry about things like eye contact or how I look...

I completely agree it is not the job of the therapist to make the world different/unfrustrating. I would absolutely not love it if a therapist could do such - I would never trust one them to do it...

I don't use shampoo at all - haven't done so for the last 25 yrs or so - my hair is much happier without it -but I did not have great hair to begin with.
