Re: Couch 248: Curiouser and Curiouser

I could not stand Nancy Drew. It seemed she was always waiting around for someone to rescue her. I much preferred the Hardy Boys.

Read Cherry Ames, Sue Barton, the Dana Girls, and Clint Lane (set...

Re: Couch 248: Curiouser and Curiouser

I think I was primed to like it because we started reading the books out loud as a family when I was 6. I kind of identified with Laura Ingalls because she had a tomboy side and I did as well.

Re: My Gf of over a year found my weird cuck fantasies for her.

You need to seek help and focus on your improvement. Please leave this woman alone. Any sane woman would leave a man if he did what you did. You need to show her some respect by letting her go

Re: Mum broke her fingers

I am sorry you are struggling but you can’t really say no one is helping.

You receive government pay, you get free courses and classes for many years, you don’t have to work, you don’t have to...

Re: Mum broke her fingers

I have no idea to whom you are addressing. You started this thread complaining that your mother tells you that you didn't do the dishes to her standards and then it morphed into this.

You can...

Re: Couch 248: Curiouser and Curiouser

My mother got into a LM Alcott mood when she and my dad moved to new england. She was a docent at the lma house - I found it incredible claustophobic and had to leave the tour and my mom told my...

Re: Couch 248: Curiouser and Curiouser

I love tea and drink buckets of it (mostly green and black) -but I cannot stand earl grey - I just hate the bergamot flavor. And now they are adding it to desserts - earl grey tea flavored pastries...

Re: Couch 248: Curiouser and Curiouser

baby rabbits are where my woodchipper cat excels. Birds usually are not his thing. This latest development puts a damper on my desires to have a giant bird feeding/watching area in my yard.

Re: My Gf of over a year found my weird cuck fantasies for her.

I would work on yourself.

One can't claim to love their partner ("I love her so much") and do something like this - these actions do not reflect love but disrespect, at the very least. She...

Re: Couch 248: Curiouser and Curiouser

I think it is more like I am their human shield - the two (over 65# dogs) get behind me at the first sign of anything and would probably shove me at the danger if need be. In that painting of the...

Fluffy cat would totally rule the world if she had thumbs. She’s from barn cat stock. The spawn go get her when there is an annoying fly in the room. She’s brilliant at catching flies.

She’s...

Re: Couch 248: Curiouser and Curiouser

I like light lavender scent but lavender can be overpowering in some of the lotions etc. Etsy has several lavender/vetiver balm sellers. I used to get some unscented beeswax from one of them.

Re: Harmed in therapy

LoL, I'm done with every situation in which someone has a power position over me. That is why I have even not gone to forums. I'm stronger now but I'm not dumb.

Re: Couch 248: Curiouser and Curiouser

I don't usually care that much for lavender, but the vetiver dials it back a bit and it's just a nice combo. I bought a pillow spray on amazon with lavender, bergamot, vetiver and chamomile, but...

Re: Couch 248: Curiouser and Curiouser

Ha! Well, they'd probably be wheeking (noise they make) for food if an intruder came in, hoping they'd get fed, so maybe that would scare someone off? "Oh, this strange man came in--perhaps he is...
