It's been quite a year for me....I was laid off four months ago due to the recession and my divorce was final two months ago. In addition my son is going through a lot of legal issues with his father due to child abuse. So, I was wondering, "How sane am I these days?" I feel like I'm coping well and even have moments of joy and appreciation for my life just as it is. I know that this time will pass and the pendulum will swing back and we'll experience good times again. I have been very thankful for my friends and family who have offered a lot of support.

Good for you, ddheal. What was your score? Naturally, it would be higher now than at a time when you have less going on in your life. Glad you're doing better than you expected.

Actually, it'd be lower the less you have going on in life.
Lower - better.
Higher - not so better.
