Keep in mind that your score can't be compared to anyone else. If you have more conditions than someone else (phobias, anxiety, etc.), you automatically score higher than someone with a "more severe" illness but less additional issues. Don't use the score as something discouraging, instead try to identify the areas where you are having problems. Keep posting, talking, and going to your doctor, and don't forget to tell your Dr. about worsening moods, suicidal thoughts, etc. Don't give up, it IS possible to get better!!

I am sorry that you're feeling so hopeless. ![]() I understand where you're coming from. Just continue to work towards feeling better. It takes time and perserverance. Try to enjoy the very little things in life to get some enjoyment & appreciation for the day. Nature works well for me to boost my mood a bit. ![]()
