I got 131.

I have all these 8 red lines and 6 blue ones

Basically

Red:

General coping - 61

Depression - 69

Anxiety - 78

Phobias - 67

Technology Issues (Whats that suposed to mean lol) - 63

Obsessions/ compulsions - 81

Post Traumatic Stress - 58

Blue lines

Life Events - 44

Eating disorders - 35 (That should have been a 0 I think...I dont have ED)

Schizophrenia - 40

Dissociation - 33

Mania - 50

Physical Issues - 17

Borderline Traits - 50

I took it twice..the first one I got 127 and then it got higher..... I dont understand how this score works...the higher the better? or worse?

And how acurate are these blue and red lines anyway? I took it very very honestly. Blah.

It is what you think/feel about yourself so you are scoring, in a sense. How you feel when you take it and what's going on in your life and how you interpret the questions are what it's all about. There's a possibility of nearly 300 and there's probably no "perfect" score because everyone can have "life events" or "physical issues" and "general coping" issues and, as you too laughed at, "technology issues" (avoiding things by being on the internet/phone/etc. too much instead of engaging with other people/life one-on-one perhaps :-) somewhere in their lifespan. It's just an indicator to take to your therapist or doctor to discuss, helps you see how you may feel you are doing and give you a way to discuss things with your doctor.

The way I'd look at your scores if I were you is to see if I could learn about/get help for various anxiety issues? But think about some of the questions if you remember them, and how you had trouble answering them, could have answered them slightly differently? That's what makes the difference; feel a lot better/worse at the moment you're taking the test and the score will change. A lot of people take it every 3-6 months, just to see if they feel they're improving/doing worse, etc. The difference between 127 and 131 is not that significant/about the same. Work on your anxiety, do a few things that scare you :-) and take the test again at the end of summer and see if you're closer to 100 or so, is what I'd strive for.

Basically the lower the score, the more stable you are, the better you are coping with life in general.
I also a score next to Ed, when I definitely do not have one...?

I think the eating disorders is more just about your weight/eating in general and maybe exercise. The test doesn't diagnose in any way and can't decide between so many different eating problems that are in both directions (compulsive eater vs. anorexia), etc. so it leaves it up to you to be concerned or not. It does your BMI, so if you're over/underweight according to that norm, it's going to give you points and if you answered anything besides "not at all" for any of the food-related questions, that's going to add up. I think I got a "20" and that's because I'm very obese.
