0-288 what does that mean? 288 meaning you are poor off and 0 meaning you are fine? Is 83 good or bad then? Not really sure what to make of it. I was in perfect mental health until about 2 months ago.

0 is no issues, while 288 is lots of issues.

I would say over 150 is a problem. But even below 150, it may be that certain areas are mainly contributing, and individually they are of high concern.

To a certain extent we all have issues at a given time. It's just if these issues are negatively impacting on our life that we need to take corrective measures.

88 is very good (any thing under 100 is good)
