I found the sanity score quiz to be excellent at focussing what is going on with me. In particular, it made it clear that one of my primary issues is general coping. The diagnosis of depression and anxiety is a good catch all for thinking about what is going on, but these subcategories allowed me to be more focussed on just what is going on right now and how to focus my discssions with my therapist.

Thanks for the good work.

I'm glad you found it to be helpful. Mine had a couple of subcategories that were not particularly accurate, as I have some behaviors that fall under more than one category.
