My score was 199 and it says I have 12 major issues and 6 not as major issues. These scare me to death. I scare myself to death right now. I do not know what to do.

Everyone is different.

When I first joined, don't remember my score, but result was, "you need immediate psychiatric care" Whaaa??

I may be unique but not crazy.

Don't be scared. The test is about how you interpret the questions. Sometimes also if the questions happen to pick up on things.

There is a test called Goldberg's depression test. It is designed in the way, that im unlucky enough to score as highly depressed even when I'm well! Sometimes it happens because the test sort of isn't adapted to you as a person.

I get a VERY low Sanity score which means I shouldn't have many problems. But the test misses all the issues I have. I might function fairly normal twice a week maybe. That isn't what I call healthy. Still the test tells me I'm fine. So it can err in that direction as well.

You know what your real issues are. You know yourself if you are depressed or anxious or struggling with other things. Also, doctors are the only who can give you a diagnosis, a test can't.

Try to take this in your stride, doneneway. There are disclaimers everywhere on this site to not use anything you get here without running it by your therapist and/or psychiatrist first. Test results like the ones you're referring to are included.

Visit the forums. Post when you find something you connect with. Start a thread if there's something you want feedback on.

By posting and talking with other members of the community, you'll get a much better feel for where you fit in than the tests alone can give you.
