I scored a 153. My diagnosis by a medical professional made me aware of all but 2 "serious" concerns, and anyone on as much medication as I am is going to have sexual issues.

The shocking thing is Borderline Personality was a 79?!?! That's only ONE point below Mania/Bipolar. I've only been seeing a pdoc and T for a few months, so now I'm worried that another serious concern is going to be added to my cocktail of mental health issues eventually. *sigh* I knew better than to take that test.

I know how you feel I just signed up today and scored 177 scary isn't it throwing up mental disorders that i had not even dared consider but i know in myself that i am not schizophrenic so take out of it what is specific to you. I am not on any meds apart from Fluoxatine (Prozac) 20mg they consider me high risk and so I use the cheeky smoke to solve the anxiety which is not that great an idea I wish they would give me medication like you, if they are offering you medication and if it is helping you are in a fortunate position.

I think that BPD is one of the harder disorders to diagnose, mostly because some of its symptoms overlap with other mental illnesses. So, it may well be that you need to talk with your therapist, or it could be simply another facet of one of your other disorders.

If you want, you could mention the test to your docs, but hopefully he/she knows what they are doing.

I test high on BPD but I simply don't have it. I have symptoms that come from other things which the test thinks is BPD but for me it isn't.
