On this assessment i scored a 99. the areas that were the biggest concern was general coping which i can see because I think i have poor coping skills like eating too much sleeping and so on. self esteem and obsessive compulsions which can explain certain situations. It showed high in the eating disorders. I dont think I have one i think i eat poorly and it could explain why my body mass index is so high. I am not sure what the point to this but i think it helped but at the same time made me feel worse......

I can understand what you are saying. I obviously don't eat right either, since I am obese, for example.

Please don't just panic and think, "Oh, no, I am insane" or whatever. This test is a general assessment and just points out areas where your answers suggest concerns.

Are you seeing a therapist? (I am.) I encourage you to at least have a few sessions to talk about the issues brought up, etc. I think you will ultimately feel more relieved and be able to cope better as a result.

That's my opinion, anyway.
