I scored a 139, which doesn't really mean much to me. I did score high in a few and that does raise concern. I guess my next step is to take these results to a professional?? Here are my results:
General coping 71
depression 66
anxiety 54
phobias 67
self esteem 83
eating disorder 60
mania 75
posttraumatic stress 75
obsessions/compulsions 63
BPD 79
I guess the numbers arent that bad? But then again everytime I take the quiz I get different numbers and my overall score goes up :/.

Yes, it would be helpful to see a therapist and go over these results. Were any scores tagged as major issues or concerns? Do you sense that they are issues for you? 139 is not the highest score I've seen. It could be much worse. Do you feel like your life could be better if you get help?

Of course, now that you know the results, you probably are answering a bit differently--and it is true that the score can vary, especially on issues such as depression.
