I'm not overly concerned about the score of 149 that I got, but I got 11 serious concerns (and 3 milder concerns) surely thats not good?

I don't know how many serious concerns this test can pick up on, but that does sound like a bunch. The guidelines for interpretation provided by DocJohn in this forum suggest that folks can take the results in to their therapists/psychiatrists. Are you seeing that these issues are negatively affecting your life and you need further help in getting them managed? Whether you are being negatively affected in your life statisfaction and happiness is the main issue, I think.

I go to CBT, so I'm getting help for some issues, but other things going on are beyond my control. I think if I go to my GP they will put me back on medication, which I don't want to do.
I think I was schocked at the amount of serious issues the test came up with.
