Seems like the bipolar and anxiety is getting worse as I get older.

Hmmm. What does your professional say? How about sharing the results with him/her?

My appts. With the pdoc are with a local free service for uninsured and unemployed people and hence, I only get 15 minutes and my spouse shares that time with me. He is also bipolar. So perhaps I could discuss it with the 45 min therapy session...also shared with husband...but I hate to take up all the time with my own problems. But maybe I will, thanks for the advice.
