First time I've taken this test being pretty new here. Was glad to see my depression was only 25/100, especially as I've been feeling pretty low lately, and it was my first diagnosed illness that I've been battling with for a long time, and was pleased with a relatively low overall score, buuut...
My four serious concerns were a bit of a shock.. Anxiety I knew was my main problem right now, but also got phobias, PTSD & Smoking.. Didn't really think smoking was really a mental health issue? And I do have a lot of traumatic events in my past that PTSD could be related to, but it's never even been so much as a whisper from any professionals I've ever seen! Thought my phobias were just a part of my anxiety too? Like social phobia etc.. I dunno, how literally should I be taking the results?? Confuseddd |

Well, the results are generally considered accurate, but they are not perfect. I suggest you take them into your counselor and talk about them.

Unfortunately I have just finished off with my CBT though! Which was the last "professional" I guess I was seeing, apart from my GP.. I think I might have to look further into the subject myself, I've been to a group for BPD in the past, maybe some of those skills could just be applied..?
