In 1 week I went from 98 to 106. I only had four things to worry about (depression OCD self esteem and borderline traits) and now I have 7 concerns: Anxiety, Phobias, Depression, General coping, Self-esteem, Borderline traits, and OCD. Am I insane? What's wrong with me?

I don't think you are insane. It sounds like you have had a tough week and that has reflected in your score.
